Yes, weather permitting, we take children outside daily. Children should be dressed appropriately for playing on our playground or taking group walks.

This optional. We also provide good nutrition to empower children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and physical growth. We promote knowledge about nutrition to our children, families, and staff through education, communication, and by offering children healthier and diverse food choices.

At Green Frog daycare, providing a safe and healthful environment for the children entrusted to our care is our number one priority. We take many precautions to ensure that this commitment is realized every day.

Due to the high number of children with peanut allergies, we do not serve peanut products. If your child has a specific allergy, please list them on our dietary restriction letter so that we can make appropriate food substitutions.

Please provide any necessary personal care supplies for your little one, such as diapers, wipes, a change of clothing and naptime bedding. For infants, please supply a crib sheet. For toddlers and older children please bring a blanket and/or sleeping bag. You can also ask if can pack lunch for your child each day. Please contact us for additional details.

We believe that when parents and staff work as partners in a child’s education, the learning experience is richer and more meaningful. Of course, our staff are always there for you to discuss your goals, needs and concerns for your child. 

Parents receive a daily email with a photo and report of their child’s day. Through our mobile app, parents can easily view photos, staff notes and reports at anytime. Parents can also furnish special notes for their child’s teacher.
